Due to the digital nature of our proxy traffic and data infrastructure services, which are delivered and provisioned immediately upon purchase, sales are generally non-refundable once service access has been activated or traffic has been consumed.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following limited conditions: - Total service failure or unresolvable technical issues on our infrastructure preventing access within 48 hours of purchase. - Duplicate or erroneous payments processed due to payment gateway errors. - Unused prepaid credits where service is permanently discontinued by the Provider.
